All orders placed before 4PM UK time are delivered within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We work with food suppliers to restaurants to deliver your food. Each supplier has different routes. Delivery is between 6AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday.

Do you Deliver on Bank Holidays
Orders and deliveries are not processed on bank holidays. Basically, everything skips a day. Please plan accordingly when ordering
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is a flat of £3.
