Who prepares my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped by independent restaurant suppliers. They run their own warehouses, manage their own fleets, and employ their own teams. All of our suppliers conduct internal hygiene audits to ISO standards.
I have specific dietary requirements/allergies. Can you meet them?
Please email us with your postcode and your requirements. We’ll do our best to find you a supplier that meets your needs.
Can I ask for a specific delivery time window?
Not yet. 6AM-6PM, Monday to Saturday is the daily delivery window as restaurant suppliers’ vans typically work on a route that changes depending on delivery volume.
Can I set up regular automated orders?
Not yet. We’re continually improving our functionality. Please let us know if there’s features you like to see!
I’ve got missing items or items I didn’t order. What’s going on?
All items are subject to availability. If an item you’ve ordered was not available, it may be substituted. If you are missing items or there are damaged items, please email email@example.com to arrange a refund.
Where’s my delivery?
Orders placed before 4PM are typically delivered the day after next between 6AM and 6PM. Please feel free to contact us on your delivery day for confirmation that your order is out for delivery. If you place your order after the 4PM cut-off time, your delivery will arrive three days later. For example, if you completed your order at 4:00PM on Monday, you can expect to receive your delivery on Thursday between 7AM and 6PM.
Can I track my delivery?
As it turns out, not yet. Restaurant suppliers are small, family-owned businesses and don’t have access to the tools available to the multi-million dollar courier services and online stores. Please feel free to contact us on your delivery day for confirmation that your order is out for delivery
I clicked 'forgot my password' but I didn't get an email. What happened?
Forgotten password emails are sent automatically. if you check in Spam, Junk, or the Promotions in gmail, you'll find it there.
