From the the northern Po Valley, you can't use too much of this stuff.  Grate it onto steak, broccoli, pasta, and risotto.  Crumble is onto garlic breach and toast it, or sprinkle it onto popcorn.  Heck, a block this big just take a bite out of it.  Who's watching?
