Our meat comes straight from the butchers to our refrigerated delivery vans, and so is suitable for home freezing.

Our Chef says:

"Lamb is incorrectly thought to be only an Easter meal, but if you actually want the highest quality and most locally farmed lamb, the best seasons to eat it is in late Spring (May/June) to Summer.. Always a favourite for a classic Sunday Roast, roasted with garlic and  fresh rosemary, with all the trimmings; roast potatoes, roast root veg, minty peas, and of course a Yorkshire pud."
