Our Chef says:

"Named for the shape of the bone that runs through the steak, a T-bone is the best of both worlds: fillet and sirloin in one pice of meat.  This particular steak is absolutely to-die-for. Go for the classic steak and chips with a salad, and have a go at making your own chips with some maris piper potatoes. Top tip: wait for the steak to come up to room temperature before cooking, so that it cooks evenly."
