Our meat comes straight from the butchers to our refrigerated delivery vans, and so is suitable for home freezing.

Our Chef says:

"An underrated roasting cut, a great classic roast meat for those Sunday lunches, tender pork meat and crispy skin on the outside. Top tip: Be sure to blast the oven at 230 degrees C for the first 20 minutes to get the crispy crackling. If you don't think is quite crispy enough towards the end of cooking, turn up the heat again and blast it for another 10 minutes, or until crispy."
