"Try searing rare, then glaze with honey, ginger and soy and coat in toasted sesame seeds, with grilled tenderstem broccoli and a homemade slaw of red cabbage in honey and lime juice. Difficult to pair with wine as it is such a rich fish, this particular way of serving it would go well with either a Semillon-Sauvignon blend or an oaked Sauvignon Blanc."
